This kind of low-handed crap should result in Smith getting fired and prosecuted; however, I'll settle for his case eventually being thrown out (may it please God).

What other politician could be investigated for a decade by every law enforcement dept. in the country with no crime found? Well, they could charge him with bribing Dem politicians in NYC and NJ, but that might look bad.

It should have been thrown out, but the judge has more legal knowledge than I. That "indefinitely' is sweet. Makes me grin.
Any day is a good day when Democrat/Lefty heads pop. The judge might have set a record.
