If the FBI didn't create criminals, would it catch any at all?
Maybe they have quotas they have to meet, and it's easier and faster to make fake criminals than to hunt down real criminals.

ReplyDeleteThey used to hunt down Mafia godfathers and soldiers. Since the Mafia is largely dead now, it's pretty clear we don't need the FBI anymore.
