The unknown tool.
Somebody in the YouTube comments section has an idea (see first comment)..
it looks like a left handed smoke shifter, we had to bring them on camping trips with my boy scout troop.

ReplyDeleteand that one looks like some careless scout left it out in the rain rather than in its waterproof pouch, he might lose a merit badge for that.
