I had a subscription to Time Magazine decades ago and I watched it go from a fat magazine full of news details to a skimpy little rag featuring leftist commentary and perfume ads before I finally dumped it. Choosing a Person of the Year for their cover is akin to an elderly former prom queen picking out a dress from the collection of old prom gowns that she never got rid of. It’s pathetic and irrelevant.
Time rendered themselves irrelevant years ago, and their "POTY" is an honor akin to scraping doggie doo off your shoe.
