Working-with-your-hands Wednesday
I don't think I've ever had apple fritters, but I aim to rectify that deficiency in my culinary experience before too long.
But have you ever had tarte tatin? Mrs,. Paco made this one time from a recipe her mother had, and it was one of the most delicious desserts I ever had.
My nona made fritella with apples. Mmmmm mmmmm good. They're basically apple fritters but she made them less greasy than I've seen fritters made. Don't ask me how. She made instant ice tea better than anyone else. She had the 'touch'.
Those apple fritters have possibilities ....
