Glad to hear of it

Now, if Kentucky can just deal with its Mitch McConnell problem (or rather, our Mitch McConnell problem): "Last Rural Democrat in Kentucky State Senate Switches to Republican Party: ‘Untenable and Counterproductive to Best Interests of Constituents’ to Remain with Democrats".

  1. Funny you should mention Kentucky, I quit my job and I'm planning on looking for land there, mybe Tennessee if I can't find anything but Kentucky looks pretty good. I'm just avoiding places where it floods.
Getting a place in AZ where you can go shooting in the backyard means 50 miles from a gas station, no water and no electricity.
I'm disgusted with civilization, but I like running water and electricity.

    1. C'mon, man. Just get a big cistern and a propane-powered generator. And fill up a 55 gallon drum with gasoline (you might need an underground bunker to store it, though).

A neighbor couple moved to Kentucky a few months ago, and they like it (of course, they lived there before for a while). Tennessee's good; no state income tax, I believe.

My dream is still to live in a double-wide trailer in the shadow of the Dragoon Mountains in Cochise County.
