  7. Rebecca makes a good point about gay domestic violence. But if she arrives in Australia with the right visa she could fit right in. In 20 years she may even be a successful politician here.

    2. In 1839 two US battleships with escorts arrived unannounced overnight in Sydney Harbour so we built Fort Denison on an island near what is now the Opera House, which is still there. Thankfully they were friendly!
