I had one of these, and I got it to walk downstairs, but I could never get it to come back up. Guess it was defective.
I think I sent a Slinky down the stairs once. It looked a lot more fun in the ads. The rest of the time, through multiple Slinkys, I tried to figure out other ways to use them. I got them for Christmas a bunch of times.
I had a couple of them well into adulthood. They were great for sitting and thinking, rolling hand to hand, sort of hypnotic in fact. But then the grandkids got hold of them.
Yeah, I had one, too.
