Are we inside a black hole?!

Scientists have discovered a pronounced asymmetry in the rotation of 263 distant galaxies as part of the JADES program. Using the Webb telescope, it was discovered that 2/3 of the galaxies rotate clockwise, and 1/3 - counterclockwise. In a universe… pic.twitter.com/W9CyqzjIxO
So your saying our universe exists in a slug fired from a S&W 44 with a left hand twist. The Big Bang was when the trigger was pulled and the end of time will be when we hit a beer can. Whoa, my head is spinning. You smoking those wild hibiscus plants?
ReplyDeleteSorry about my your/you're grammar
DeleteWhat an inspired and hilarious representation of the beginning and end of the universe!
DeleteThe Universe, once again, does not meet the expectations of mortal man.
ReplyDeleteSymmetry, asymmetry - sometimes it's this, and sometimes it's that.
Too me, it just means that some of the galaxies are in the northern hemisphere, and some are in the southern hemisphere of the galaxy.
ReplyDeleteYou know, the way toilets swirl in the opposite direction in the northern and southern hemispheres. ;-)
I was thinking the same thing, we just need to figure out where the dividing line is.
DeleteLet me get this straight. If the universe emerged from a black hole, so there could be a right-handed universe and also a left-handed universe? And there could be a universe where Spock has a beard?
ReplyDeleteThere could be a universe where Spock not only has a beard, but plays the banjo.
