The restraint federal agents are showing in the face of what is so obviously creeping terrorism is remarkable. It’s reasonable to fear that someone just might snap after taking so much abuse and then the left will have its martyrs. The officers are only human, after all.

Frankly, I don't believe that an officer or agent "snapping" should be considered the only scenario in which lethal force might occur. If the lives of ICE officers are put in genuine danger, they could, with complete legitimacy, take whatever steps are necessary to protect their own lives, up to and including the use of lethal force. It may yet come to that, and then the Left will have their martyrs. But I'd rather deal with the propaganda fall-out created by a few dead terrorists, than watch an ICE employee's wife and children weeping by his casket. You have sown the wind, Leftists, now reap the whirlwind.
