As friend and commenter R-Man wrote in re a previous post, "If it hasn't been already, Britain is about to be added to the list of countries in the world that are beyond any hope of salvation."
Herewith, more evidence in support of that statement.
"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
Britainu Akbar!
ReplyDeleteI used to think I’d like to visit Britain and Germany once more, but I’d be afraid to go there now.
ReplyDeleteI'd be more worried about being accused of wrongthink than jihadis. Or even arrested for defending myself.
DeleteWhich really sucks.
I went to both, London was cool. No real dart boards though, I was sad. Germans were snotty to Americans in the 90s, more friendly in the 80s.
What is scary is the acceptance by the British voters of the government they elected, as it slowly turns into an authoritarian government.
ReplyDeleteThey seem to be waiting for the right person to come along to take the on the role of Big Brother.
