If it's not too much trouble, please set aside the Greenland sideshow, and focus on suppressing the insurrection in Minnesota (which should include prosecuting locals for violating the civil rights of people who are being bullied and detained by communards and forced to prove they're not ICE agents). I do not believe you are going to bluff or negotiate your way out of this mess with the likes of Tim Walz. Being scrupulous about staying within the law is understandable and commendable, but scrupulosity only serves to delay an effective response and gives the impression of vacillation.
