Good news, but I had to read about it on Hot Air -- your link is bad, Paco.

A good decision, but SCOVA was split 4-3 ... ... so ignoring the state Constitution is fine with some of those judges.
And that's scary.
Yes, it is scary. Three state Supreme Court justices were perfectly willing to treat the law as a mere suggestion.
