Those are awesome. I had a chance at a semi-auto, Chinese copy in .45ACP, without the wooden stock. I don't remember why I didn't get it, but I wish I had.
Ah, the broom handled Mauser! Han Solo's blaster was modeled after that. In some states, owning the stock is illegal because it's considered a short barreled rifle. I am not so sure about the ATF.
