Can't beat our everyday prices!

Mamdani's government-owned grocery stores are scheduled to start opening next year, and I'm sure this project will work...exactly as we imagine: "Mamdani Government Food Stores: Food Isn’t Cheaper, Someone Else Just Pays for It".


"Hmmm. Should I get the pickled pig snoot that's two weeks past its sell-by date, or the bag-o-gristle?"

  1. Look at the bright dide, what with folks eating 'urban squirrel' and 'Central Park pheasant', the rat and pigeon population should drop dramatically.

    1. True. During Stalin's man-made famine in Ukraine in the 1930s, the people even substantially reduced the population of their beloved nightingales.

    No, I'm out of milk. The store that's out of meat is across the street.
