I'm not sure how I managed to never have heard of Sue Foley, but I stumbled across one of her music videos recently, and, man, she plays a mean guitar. She's originally from Canada, but is now part of the Austin, Texas blues and rock scene. Here she is with "Okie Dokie Stomp".

I adore Ginger Rogers, but she was wise to focus on her dancing and acting, rather than her singing. I'll also add that she was a unabashed Republican.
