Smitty at The Other McCain links to a post at the Volokh Conspiracy on ten federalism amendments that have been drafted by Randy Barnett.
I have been excited by this idea ever since I first read Barnett's article in the WSJ. We should all do our best to make this a major "distraction" for the Preshizzle.

You're welcome, Smitty. BTW, I inadvertently gave the credit to Stacy for the link to Volokh, instead of you. I have corrected the error in my post.
I found out recently that every twenty years Maryland must ask voters if they favor a constitutional convention. It will be on the November 2010 ballot, and my guess is it will get alot more support in favor this time than it has in living memory.
