Director: "In this scene, you need to show leadership." Barack Obama: "Stuntman!"

With respect to world affairs, Obama continues to reveal himself as a butter-fingered foreign-policy juggler: dawdling on Afghanistan, embarrassing himself in Copenhagen, dissing the Dalai Lama, defunding an Iranian human-rights group, bullying Honduras - it's as if he were an actor who, tired of appearing in bit-parts, writes a play called "Mr. President", and casts himself in the lead. But the other actors seem to be rewriting the script, altering the plot and stealing the best lines - even changing Obama's appearances to a series of elaborate, but minor, walk-on roles.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if this show folded after one term.

Why am I reminded of the Daffy Duck cartoon where he stands there charred and battered after every stunt, then screams, "MAKEUP!"

TW: more southern dialect: Whatcho doon widat innah tube? Sminaliq.

I thought the first African-American president would do everything in his power not to screw things up, in order to secure his historic legacy. This narcissistic twit doesn't even recognize that much responsibility.
