Born in the USA (and still the worst American president of modern times)
On reading that article by Milbank, have only this to say, sometimes it pays to just keep quite, that way people won't suspect that you are not all that bright.
A short tour in the mind of Obama, the Complex Thinker:
Must remake America into... Mama told me collectivism... er, activism... er, was it community organizing?... was good... can I break 100?... I don't really like arugula, too bland... I wish they'd stop bothering me with all this "foreign policy" crap... I hate that snooty John Boehner, who does he think he is?... but Paul Ryan is worse, smart-alecky Repub... I'm not afraid of Michelle, I'm not afraid of Michelle, I'm not afraid of Michelle... if I can get reelected again, they tell me I can do whatever I want... I could really use some ice cream right now, hey, Sasha?... why the hell don't they get me a really cool videophone, I'm the President of the United States, for Mo's sake!... stupid public, complaining about the price of gasoline, like they couldn't just go out and buy a cool environmentally green hybrid with a 1,000 mile radius... Donald Trump is an old white guy with stupid hair, why would anybody listen to him?... I'm not afraid of Michelle...

Richard, even if the GOP had the backbone to do that, Obama would fight tooth and nail, with the full backing of the left.
