Rain
Record rainfall in Fairfax, VA has led to numerous flash floods. As usual, some people are always able to find the upside.

Sure, it's always fun until somebody gets run over by a Monster Truck.
I just have to wonder if some cop chased the guy to cite him for....floating without a license? Failure to register his float?
The mind boggles.
