When you think of North Korea, what typically comes to mind?

Of course! The country’s commitment to dealing with climate change.

I’m surprised John Kerry hasn’t held the Norks up as a beneficial example of what can be accomplished in the battle against global warming. Maybe he’s still a little squeamish about that whole insane dictator/ mass starvation thing (or perhaps, as is more likely, in the dim recesses of what, for want of a better word, we shall call his “mind”, he experiences a certain wariness about linking climate action with the heavy hand of the state. Have to be careful not to give the game away prematurely, you know).

Well, the Norks are gradually reducing their population, and the UNiks like that.

I think he finally figured out that he wasn't in line for the insane dictator role, which kinda soured him on the whole deal. Understandably.
