The problem is...

...that this absurd case should never have gotten as far as the Supreme Court in the first place (and it wouldn't have if Obama hadn't decided to play around with his social justice flamethrower): "Supreme Court to rule on transgender bathroom use".

We got Obama Care because Justice Roberts allowed himself to be intimidated by the Obama administration and its allies in the news media into ruling that something that's not a tax really is a tax. Will he now chicken out again and rule that someone who's not a woman really is a woman?

When I was a kid, and goofing off; my dad would usually hit me with "Don't you have anything better to do?". Which meant "If you don't, I'll find something for you to do".

Hey, Supreme Court - Don't you have anything better to do?

I think I'll forward that to 'em.

Jeez, I'm all for them 'deciding' this one.

Otherwise, they might start working on taking our guns.

Besides, we need some funny.

How funny would it be if the revolution/civil war was sparked by the Supreme Court deciding that a guy who puts on a dress is a woman.

Which would make Milton Berle a feminist hero.

C'mon, you have to admit that's funny.

Milton Berle was great, I miss all those old comedians. He and Jack Benny just had that look on their faces and that was enough to make you laugh.

Yup.

I like Jack Benny a lot.
The Jack Benny show is on some channel here in the morning, it cracks me up.
His version of "To Be Or Not To Be" is, surprisingly, better than Mel Brooks. It calls for his "looks" a lot.

Now comedy is all about genitals and bashing poor white folk and conservatives.
Sorta like Benny Hill without the funny part.

I've posted YouTube embeds of several Jack Benny skits. Hilarious stuff. Remember the bit he did with Mel Blanc, the latter playing a Mexican providing monosyllabic replies to Jack's questions, every word beginning with an "s"? Ah, here it is.
