The fool could have said something about leaving it to the proper authorities to determine if the level of hateness rose to the prosecutorial standard of hate but no, "it's too early to tell"? When the entire crime is recorded and shown to the jury of 300 million Americans and he's going to stand apart from everybody and tell them they didn't see what they just saw.
Nobody named Josh should be appointed to any position of responsibility.
