In 2013 we escaped California for the sensibility and freedom of Texas. The top business was moving companies, and self-moving companies like Ryder, U Haul, etc. They were having a hard time keeping up with the demand, and it has only escalated.

Democrats really know how to hurt fellow Democrats. Wonder if they understand who took their jobs.

In the years between 2004 and 2013, over one million California residents left, taking their $26 billion in taxes with them.

Not a problem. Probably that many illegal aliens took their place.

California may indeed leave the U.S., but it will become la estado de Norte Mexico.

The illegals and reconquista types have referred to California as La Estado de Norte for many years. I saw a Mexican flag flying in a neighborhood in Van Nuys. The reconquista movement is well entrenched, and passes the propaganda in schools at every level which in turn is reinforced by clubs/organizations through the community. They teach that the land was stolen. They conveniently forget the $15 million that was paid in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which relinquished claim to a large area of land that includes California.

If California became "la estado", where would the illegals escape to?
