Reading the story in the Idaho Statesman, it seems that incompetent judging mixed with pissant local lawyer feuding creates a volatile mix resulting in a 7 year old having to plead guilty to a sex crime while letting the 14 year old off, or maybe the 5 year old girl was wearing suggestive clothing.
