Well, let's just say this, Mr. Candidate for Sheriff...

...you'll have a hard time pulling it off:

I'm embarrassed to say that this jerk is a candidate for sheriff - albeit, on the Democrat side - in North Carolina. Buncombe County, it turns out. Asheville. College town. Maybe that explains it.

    On the one hand I am happy they've (some of them anyway) discarded the mask and are speaking frankly. On the other I am not liking what I see ahead, now that the gun control left feels free to express their eliminationist fantasies. Do they really want blood?

    I suppose they do. It just doesn't enter their heads that some of the blood might be their own. And of course we still have lying sacks of excrement blandly saying "You're being paranoid, nobody wants to take away your guns or repeal the Second Amendment." They're so wedded to the idea of being gatekeepers for all news that they still act as though we can't see what they're saying when they think we're off screen. It reminds me of Palestinian spokesmen saying in English "We just want peace with Israel" and then in Arabic "Destroy Israel and exterminate all the Jews."
