Left over from the presidential election
A melancholy reminder of the Lost Cause (seen along SR 211, a couple of miles from home).
The fact that it was erected in the first place, it's still there, and hasn't been vandalized, tells me you moved to a good place. How long would a sign like that last in Occupied Northern Virginia?
R-man: Oh, yeah. It's pretty conservative down here. In ONV, a person attempting to put up such a sign would probably be swarmed by regressive progressives before he even got the post in the ground.
