The temple was founded to react to and restrict Christianity in public life and claims it does not worship the devil, as depicted in the Bible, but advocates for the separation of church and state.
Seems to me, putting the title of "Satanist" on your "temple" suggests to me that you are in fact worshipping the devil. Also, if you're advocating separation of church and state (which has already been done a couple of hundred years ago in a document called the Constitution), then why are you asking for tax-exempt status?
