I've still got my Hot Wheels 442 from when I was a kid. It's worth a few bucks now.

I knew a guy back in high school who had a green one with white racing stripes. And I saw a beautiful yellow one one time. But purple like that almost seems more like a Chrysler color from the early 70's.
Jonah, better hang on to that one.
Yeah, Chrysler had a color called Plum Crazy purple that looks a lot like this car's color. I don't remember Olds having anything like this, but maybe they did.
Maybe the car's owned by somebody who always wanted a Plum Crazy Plymouth Barracuda.
Not a huge fan of that color, but I do like the 442 without the in-your-face logo and side stripes.
But I figure anybody who owns a car like that may paint it however he likes.
