Not just gun makers are leaving gun hostile states for friendlier locales. I just read a few days ago that one Illinois gunshop owner is moving his business across the state line into Indiana. The Illinois legislature has been passing laws that make it increasingly hard for gunshops to stay in business.
Lordy, I miss Rocky and Bullwinkle and that cast of characters. They made me laugh so hard, and I wasn't really a kid at the time. What a joy it must have been to give them voices.
As for Chicago, the violence will not end as long as it's black gang bangers killing black gang bangers (and the occasional toddler in the crossfire), because the Powers That Be simply don't care. The only real way to stop it is to purge ghetto street culture that glorifies illegitimate birth, welfare dependence, rampant drug use, and blaming Whitey for everything. That's something that will probably take generations, if any generation ever cares to tackle it.
