A primer on Leninism

We had hoped that this diabolical ideology had withered and died, but evil is like a perennial plant that keeps coming back; and some of the foundational assumptions of this foul philosophy are coming back stronger than ever. Gary Saul Morton reminds us of how bad things can be.

    I read that article, and it struck me how similar some of the tactics of the Democratic Party today are to Leninthink.

    When Leninism is significant, there will always be a spectrum going from those who really understand, to those who just practice the appropriate responses, to those who are entirely innocent.

    In reverse order: sheep, useful idiots, and democrats.

    A profoundly evil man, as the article makes clear; someone (I forgot whom) once referred to Lenin as a "mega-criminal". True enough.
