Dismissed! (to be read in an irritated Colonel Klink voice)

Impeachment Plan B - the Ukrainian quid pro quo hoax - seems to be succumbing to the same catastrophic choices of coup participants as Plan A (the Russian collusion hoax).

Seriously? The buffoonish Lieutenant Colonel Vindman was expected to be a key player in the Democrats' plan? I agree with Josh Hammer of the New York Post: "The commander in chief ought to fire Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, who serves on the National Security Council, for rank insubordination. That is the key takeaway from Tuesday’s hearings in the Democratic impeachment push."

Yes, fire him, Mr. President. He won't suffer; I understand he's had three other job offers, already.

Vindman's peers in Ranger School didn't much like him either.

And back when this dude popped up on the radar, I wondered why he lacked a Bronze Star. This article implies that there's a reason for that ... ... and not a good one.

Yeah, this is the kind of guy you'd least like to be trapped in a foxhole with.

He looks like Bib the Michelin Man, in glasses.

Is one of the job offers from Michelin?

I agree that he should be removed from the National Security Counsel as he has demonstrated he's not trustworthy. However, if Trump does that, the Democrats will immediately start screeching that it's "revenge" for testifying. In any case, I thought it was a Big No-No to criticize your Commander-in-Chief while you are still serving.

Yes, Rebecca, it is, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice:

10 U.S. Code § 888. Art. 88. Contempt toward officiasl: Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

Vindman The Windbag also defied this with his rank checking a member of Congress. But I doubt that he'll be dealt with, not with the partisan hacks in the NSC. I've read that one attempt to downgrade Vindman's security clearance, and keep him out of the NSC system. But one Obama holdover stopped that.

My Chicago-trained professor, who is Jewish, regarded Hannah Arendt, also Jewish, as a German weirdo - with her undying love for Heidegger and all that.

In the same way I think they hope that Vindman's critics can be silenced by the ADL people, but instead I think he will remind American Jews of all those eastern European schlemiels their grandparents left behind. For all the nostalgia about shtetl life, you can't go back. Same with my Irish people - I can't believe how allergic the Irish were to bathing, or still are like Bob Geldorf.

They say Eskimos have many words for snow, while in Yiddish there are dozens of words for a fool.

That's not three job offers! That's one job offered three times!
Crossing guard and shopping mall clown are more his style. And what do they call those people who stand by the side of the road, waving those giant pointing hands at the House Of Unbeatable Bargains? That's MY three picks for Vindman.
