One piece of garbage journalism too many
"[Devin] Nunes will sue CNN for defamation for its false story claiming he traveled to Vienna and met with a Ukrainian to get dirt on Biden."
Vast swaths of of social media users believe Nunes did exactly that, and point to a "potential House ethics probe" over the matter as "proof".
I fully expect some Obama-appointed federal judge will claim he can't sue while "under investigation by the House Ethics Committee" and/or as a "public figure" he can't sue for libel or slander, anyway.
