Probably because there's nothing organic in it

Not mentioned - Adelaide is one of the driest cities in Australia, on the edge of the vast central desert. Archaeologists know how dry air preserves organic matter - natural mummification.

After all the McDonald's we've eaten we should live to 125. Another thing, could McDonald's be considered health food. Just sayin'.
