Dang!

There goes that future hobby I was planning: "Treasure chest worth $1M found hidden in the Rocky Mountains after a decade of searching".

  1. There's still the lost Dutchman's gold.
    That's my retirement plan.

  2. Or maybe digging up Jimmy Hoffa? You could recoup your costs by charging admission to see his remains.

  3. The Giants might be upset when you dig up the endzone.

Of course, they don't use it much so tell 'em to quit their whining.

  4. Richard "the Iceman" Kuklinski claimed Hoffa's remains are scattered about in the woods of northern Michigan. He said he didn't do the hit, but knew who did, and what they did with the body.

    Haw!

Spiny: Interesting. I never knew the Iceman had professed knowledge about that killing. I saw a documentary, once, in which someone (I believe a psychologist) interviewed Kuklinski. Chilling.

  6. Funny, I always thought Hoffa was holding up the corner of some building somewhere.

  7. Kulkinski sometimes even claimed personal involvement in the Hoffa kidnapping and murder, and other times claimed direct knowledge but not direct involvement. I think he played mind games with his (to him, gullible) interviewers, much like Charles Manson did.

    Typical psychopathic behavior.
