And what unmitigated gall that the Foundation should ask that the Trump campaign not use Reagan's image and name in fundraising! Here's the polite response from Andrea Widburg, the author of the linked article:
Here’s a final thought: Reagan was the president of the United States of America, not of a foundation or a library. The Foundation may hold his documents and be the guardian of his image, but that does not give it the right to withhold any part of his public life or image from the American people -- or from an America president who wants to remind the people that, just as Reagan stood against worldwide communism, President Trump is making a last, desperate stand against domestic communism.My own response is not printable in a family-oriented blog such as this one.

That group have always been grifters. Trump has a way of making those types expose themselves.
I have a vague recollection that George Schultz was code named Mr. Potato Head. Appropriate, if true.
What's the saying? Every organisation which is not overtly right-wing eventually turns to the left?
And a true saying it is, too. Which makes me think that leftism is not just, or even mainly, a political point of view, but an aspect of neurosis, immaturity and mediocre intelligence.
