Scott Adams is a very sharp and funny man (he wouldn't have created one of the most popular comic strips in history if he weren't). But since 2016, the most catastrophic disaster to ever befall American Democracy, he has created a legion of online enemies, and seems to really enjoy pulling their tails.

He does, indeed, seem to enjoy his role as Tail-Puller-in-Chief!
I have always enjoyed his comic strip. One fascinating thing I noticed was his prescience and powers of observation: every time the federal agency I worked for adopted some particularly idiotic new policy or hired some towering moron in a position of authority, employees would circulate Dilbert cartoons that perfectly captured the situations, most of which had come out months or years previously.
