That fateful day

On September 11, 2001, we were struck by an enemy from abroad, and our nation responded with courage, self-sacrifice and determination. In 2020, we still have external enemies, but probably nothing to match the danger coming from the enemies within. May God save the Republic from all foes of liberty, foreign and domestic, and may true patriots prove themselves worthy in the life and death struggles of the fateful days to come.

Yeah, I have pretty much stopped worrying about islamic terrorists. The Dimocrat Party terrorists have taken their place. I'm afraid 20 years from now, we'll be remembering the time they unleashed their attack on our country and many, many people died in the streets.

For good reason, r-man. Despite Obumbles' bragging of killing Osama bin Laden (although he needed the Gorn's permission), he seemed to be doing his best to prop up al-Qaeda and ISIS for his entire term - helped create the latter, in fact.

By contrast, they've both been annihilated by Trump's policies.

I was feeling frustrated at my multiple problems with computers making impossible to complete the work I needed to get done this week, but somewhat relieved that I won't be getting any more client calls until Monday.

WeirdDave at AoSHQ posted "Falling Man" as the ONT photo.

Damn

Perspective is an eye-opener, to be sure.

Unfortunately and sadly, future observance of the attacks of September 11, 2001 will diminish, as is the way of history and human nature. Case in point, the events of September 11, 2012 in Benghazi are already rarely mentioned.
