Navarro and friends perform a lively little number called Eb-Pob.
But that means all his tunes come from one classic era - the Beatnik music of my earliest memories, which slowly disappeared after Navarro's death and the rise of Elvis. I bought the Blue Note reissues of his recordings in the 1980s and they went to the top of my playlist after that.
Navarro is a legend, gone way too soon (1950).
