The Navajos aren't exactly wild about Biden, either
Soverign treaties aside, most of the tribes have long suffered under the mismanagement of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Trump would do well to trim the fat away from that agency. Or move its HQ onto a poverty stricken reservation.
I read somewhere that the Indian Health Service is very poorly funded and managed; in fact, there used to be (perhaps still is) an old adage among the Indians that whatever you do, don't get sick after the month of May (apparently, that's when the funding starts running out).
