It's hard to say what Joe Biden actually believes because I don't think he even knows what he believes. His answer "No, they don't" when he was questioned whether the voters deserved to know his stance on court packing sounded more like another of his irritated, knee-jerk reactions to being challenged. It's another demonstration why he isn't fit to be president. He'd be likely to get us into another war just because it annoys him to be contradicted or challenged.
