During an episode of Jack Benny's radio program in January of 1950, announcer Don Wilson flubbed the pronunciation of well-known columnist Drew Pearson's name. Writers quickly substituted the mispronounced name into a line uttered later by Jack's perennial nemesis, Frank Nelson. This is a classic bit which brought the house down.
