I second that emotion. Even though I usually had Monday and Tuesday off while I was working. In the food service business weekends are your busiest times.
Weekends are presently the busiest times for me in the consuming end of the food service business, as Mrs. Paco always makes pancakes or waffles (with sausage or bacon).
