Wow! When Oprah sings "We Shall Overcome", she ain't playin'. She surely didn't let all that suffocating, soul-destroying systemic racism - That still exists! Everywhere! Today! - keep her down. Unless the Klan has a navy, they ain't ever gonna catch her - not while she's got a $300 million yacht. [Note: I begrudge Oprah Winfrey neither her yacht nor her fabulous financial success; it just goes to show what you can accomplish in this country if you work hard and use your brains. But her participation in promoting the myth that success for many black people is elusive because of the power of the "white caste system" is offensive and hypocritical. If systemic racism is as pervasive as she claims, how did she manage to slip through the net?]

I mean, Joe Freaken Biden is POTUS, and not just dimwitted, gaffe-tastic Old Joe, but senile, dimwitted, gaffe-tastic Old Joe with anger issues, so they'll have to up their game to stay ahead.
I took my kids to the Isaac Walton League years ago, they had a great marksmanship class with BB guns; first thing was gun and range safety; some even have marksmanship classes with 22s; I don't think that gun safety training counts as the "official" class, but I was satisfied with it.
ReplyDeleteThe only way to defeat this enemy is through guile, cunning, patience, and persistence. The same method of resistance will not work for all people. Everyone’s individual circumstances will dictate how they resist. There doesn’t need to be a central commander or massed forces. Differing versions of guerrilla warfare will suffice. The enemy is a bureaucratic behemoth, slow and unwieldy, led by arrogant mediocrities, unable to strategize their way out of a wet paper bag. They know only how to use force and threats to achieve their despicable ends.
