The monster stimulus bill - $1.9 trillion - put together by Pelosi and her gang of fiscal thieves is, among other things, a blue state bailout.
Once again, the great H.L. Mencken put it best: "Every election is a sort of advance auction sale of stolen goods."
First they steal your election.

Then they loot your treasury some more.
Seems to me the looting has been going on for a while now(decades?), in plain sight.
It's like they are finally owning up to their crimes...even bragging about them, while rubbing conservative patriots faces in it.
The blue states have bled money for decades on social justice and political boondoggles, and their people are worse off than ever before. Now the red states have to bail them out. It's )(&*&&^( infuriating.
