The best thing is that the DNC/Media has simply quietly shifted their narrative without acknowledging the change, nor editing their old coverage smearing the "debunked right wing conspiracy theories."
See, we're supposed to be stupid and never remember what they told us yesterday, or ask why the story has changed. There are a few isolated commentors, guys like Matt Yglesias, making note, but they're usually ones who have already fouled the nest and been shunned by their former peers.
