The trouble with progressive bureaucrats

You turn 'em away, and they just keep coming back - primarily because they simply cannot imagine a career outside of the beltway. Republicans managed to keep this shriveled up old commie off the Supreme Court, and now he's Attorney General: "Attorney Gen. Merrick Garland Announces DOJ Will Fight Voting Laws".

So, another hysteric who thinks that people, en masse, are in danger of being deprived of their right to vote just because, for obvious reasons, Republicans are focusing on making the process more fair and transparent. Tell me, please, Comrade Garland: how are fairness and transparency at odds with the right to vote and access to the ballot box?

And to think, good ol' "true conservative" Andrew McCarthy vouched for this guy.

Nine states are sending people to view the audit process in Arizona. Mr Garland will have to get out there at the airport and dance on the runway, waving his arms about and howling like a monkey to scare the planes off.
Shouldn't tax his skills too heavily.

I think that's well within his scope. Goodness, I do hope he doesn't get run over by an airplane - a great, big airplane with a nearsighted pilot, on a foggy day.
