Physically, the parts are all there. I'm thinking more of the integrity -- will it stand up to the pressures?
They could always light load it, I suppose. And modern "black powder" is not the same as the original article; the ATF was antsy about an honest-to-goodness explosive being available commercially.
Nice work! I chuckled at his use of 3-in-1 oil on a 200 year old pistol. The contrast was amusing.
