And the cynical attempt to turn terrorism into primarily a right-wing phenomenon could well become a self-fulfilling prophesy, as the persecuted come to see their constitutional protections dismantled. I think that's what the Left really wants, in fact: as many Reichstag fires as they can ignite over as short a period of time as possible. What our would-be socialist overlords don't seem to understand is that magnifying mere speech and the occasional protest into "acts of terrorism" could conceivably result in something too large to be labeled as terrorism - e.g., a genuine revolution.
