John Allen (who has a YouTube channel called "Mr. Ballen") is a former Navy SEAL who has become a popular story teller. Although he usually focuses on things like mysterious disappearances, bizarre murders, and paranormal phenomena, occasionally he does a video about some interesting corner of history.
